Today we had to see the doctor for a relentless cough. Caroline was cracking the staff up with her typical goofiness. Dr. K. asked her what she wanted for Christmas.
"I really want a Barbie with no boobs."
And after Dr. K. stopped laughing and making everyone else on the staff ask her what she wanted for Christmas, I was told, "You really should be writing these down."
What a good feminist! ha!

Have you seen Ginny dolls? They are plastic dolls that look like little girls. I had several growing up, but I don't know if they're available now.
ReplyDeleteWe found some Disney tween show dolls that are basically flat footed, small bosomed, excessive-makeup-free Barbies. She has no idea what Wizards of Waverly Place is, but she is gonna flip out when she opens the present and she sees Barbie with no boobs.
